ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

Vicki Parsons is the Director of Ballet Austin’s Butler Center for Dance & Fitness. Vicki worked as a Recreation Therapist, is a Certified Brain Health Trainer (CBHT), certified in Senior Fitness, Group Exercise, Advanced Sports Nutrition, is a certified Fitness Business Manager and Life Coach.

Boo Wong is a certified fitness and Pilates instructor at Ballet Austin. She is known for having the ability to assess each client’s specific needs, customizing a personal workout plan, and  encouraging and inspiring overall wellness.
