Phase 3 Reopening

We are excited to have the official guidelines from the state that will make it safe for staff, artists, and fans to attend live events in our venues once again. By reopening our facilities, we will do our part in not only reopening Fairfield’s economy but more importantly, providing the human interaction and common experiences we crave. Our focus right now is to put together all the pieces of the safe reopening puzzle so our community can once again get out and come together.

We are already working directly with artists and their teams to responsibly bring them back into Fairfield County’s Best Live Music Venue. With six-foot distancing guidelines in place, our capacity will, out of necessity, be significantly reduced and seating will be arranged to allow plenty of room for everyone to feel safe. We will be utilizing a Pod Model that will allow us to best serve the community and our patrons.

Stay tuned, folks. The beat goes on. More updates to follow.

Dear Friends of FTC,

Here at FTC, we strongly believe in the healing power of the arts and we know that music goes a long way toward soothing our souls and easing our minds during difficult times. We are thankful to be an integral part of such a strong and caring community.

Your safety is of paramount importance to us. As such, we wanted you to know that we are taking COVID-19 very seriously. Shortly after the CDC and CT Department of Health issued guidelines and precautions, we communicated their recommendations to the entire FTC team to ensure that everyone here understands and follows them.  The Warehouse and StageOne are community treasures and while we can't control what's going on everywhere else, we can control what's going on inside of our venues.

Here's what we're doing for our patrons:

  • Our dedicated cleaning crew has redoubled their efforts meticulously cleaning and disinfecting all areas of the FTC Campus including chairs, bars, restrooms, doors, and other high-traffic areas after every event.
  • We have added hand sanitizing stations around the venues.
  • Over the past few years, we have replaced all of our heating and cooling systems with new, state-of-the-art equipment. Now we plan to install an advanced air filtration system throughout the entire campus as an added precaution.

We will continue to remain vigilant and to monitor the situation constantly and we will do everything within our power to help keep our community safe and healthy.

Let's work together as a community to support and strengthen one another.

Warm regards,

John Reid
Executive Director
