To Romeo and Juliet Ticket Holders

The National Ballet of Canada, along with the global community, has faced extraordinary challenges due to COVID-19. The safety and health of our artists, staff, patrons and community is our foremost priority. In accordance with government orders and public health guidance, the National Ballet cancelled all Romeo and Juliet performances.  We are so sorry you had to miss this beautiful production.

1. I would like to donate the value of tickets.

As a registered charity, the National Ballet relies on the generosity of our patrons. This unprecedented crisis poses a huge financial challenge for the organization and your support is greatly appreciated. Ticket donations receive a tax receipt in the full amount. Please note, you will receive your tax receipt in 4 to 6 weeks.

2. Please send me a 2020/21 season voucher for the value of my tickets.

A voucher for the value of your Romeo and Juliet tickets is valid for any main season performance during the 2020/21 season (excluding the Gala and The Nutcracker). The voucher expires on June 30, 2021. Please note, you will receive your voucher by email once it is processed.

Thank you.

If you have any further questions, please email us at We ask for your patience as we have a high volume of requests and limited staff resources.
