Swan Lake Rescheduled to June 2021

Thank you so much for purchasing tickets to Swan Lake. The National Ballet of Canada, along with the global community, has faced extraordinary challenges due to COVID-19. The safety and health of our artists, staff, patrons and community is our foremost priority. In accordance with government orders and public health guidance, the National Ballet has cancelled all June performances and rescheduled the world premiere of Swan Lake to June 2021.

Please complete the following.

Please choose one of the following three options.

1. Please exchange my tickets for a Swan Lake performance in June 2021.

We look forward to you joining us for this exciting premiere. Please select a performance of Swan Lake in June 2021 from the drop-down menu below. You will be seated as close as possible to your current location. Please note, you will receive your tickets in September

If you are unable to attend the performances in June 2021, we have two options for you:

2. I would like to donate the value of tickets.

As a registered charity, the National Ballet relies on the generosity of our patrons. This unprecedented crisis poses a huge financial challenge for the organization and your support is greatly appreciated. Ticket donations receive a tax receipt in the full amount. Please note, you will receive your tax receipt in 4 to 6 weeks.

3. Please send me a 2020/21 season voucher for the value of my tickets.

A voucher for the value of your Swan Lake tickets is valid for any main season performance during the 2020/21 season (excluding the Gala and The Nutcracker). The voucher expires on June 30, 2021. Please note, you will receive your voucher by email once it is processed.

Thank you.
