Thank you so much for being a valued subscriber.

The National Ballet of Canada, along with the global community, has faced extraordinary challenges due to COVID-19. The safety and health of our artists, staff, patrons and community is our foremost priority. In accordance with government orders and public health guidance, the National Ballet has cancelled all June performances and rescheduled the world premiere of Swan Lake to June 2021.

Please complete the following.

We have several options for you regarding your tickets for performances we have had to cancel due this unprecedented pandemic.

1. I would like to donate the value of tickets to support the company and the artists.

As a registered charity, the National Ballet relies on the generosity of our patrons. This unexpected crisis poses a huge financial challenge for the organization. Your donation would help support the company and our artists through this difficult time. Ticket donations receive a tax receipt in the full amount. You will receive an email with events to choose from and your tax receipt will arrive in 4 to 6 weeks.

2. Please apply the value of my tickets towards my 2020/21 subscription renewal.

An Audience and Donor Services Representative will contact you to assist you with your 2020/21 subscription renewal.

3. Please send me a 2020/21 season voucher for the value of my tickets.

A voucher for the value of your cancelled tickets is valid for any main season performance during the 2020/21 season (excluding the Gala and The Nutcracker). The voucher will be emailed to you and expires on June 30, 2021.

If you have any further questions or if these options are not suitable, please email us at info@national.ballet.ca and we will be pleased to assist you. We ask for your patience as we have a high volume of requests and limited staff resources.

Thank you!
