2024 Summer Youth Intensive Application

Join Sydney Dance Company in January 2024 for four-days of contemporary dance in our Summer Youth Intensive.

Take classes in technique, improvisation, creative development and learn Sydney Dance Company repertoire while dancing on the harbour at Sydney Dance Company’s iconic studios. Youth Intensive dancers will be encouraged to extend their technique and explore their own creativity as they learn from industry specialists.

Places in the Youth Intensive are by application only and are open to dancers aged 15 - 18 years who have an intermediate to advanced level of training in ballet or contemporary dance. Successful applicants will be advised via email of their offer and will be required to pay the course fee of $440.00 within one week of acceptance to confirm their place.

Summer Youth Intensive Information:

Dates: Monday 22 January 2024 to Thursday 25 January 2024

Times: 10am - 4pm daily (schedule may vary)

Applications Close: Friday 12 January 2024.

Application Fee: $0 – this application is free.

Program Fee: $440 (including GST). This is only payable if you have been accepted into the program. A further link will be sent to you to process payment.
