School Face-to-Face Workshop Booking Form

Sydney Dance Company offers a range of Primary and Secondary School dance workshops that can be delivered to your students as an incursion at your school or excursion at our harbourside studios in the Walsh Bay Arts Precinct.

Workshops and Classes can be tailored to suit your school program, level of student ability and area of study. If you are teaching the dance specific curriculum, exploring dance within the PDHPE curriculum, or delivering an engagement program with first time dancers, Sydney Dance Company can support you in designing an activity that challenges, engages and inspires your students.

Primary School Details (Up to 35 students)

Delivery Fee: $285+GST

60 minutes

Secondary School Details (Up to 35 students)

Delivery Fee: $385+GST

Contemporary Creative 2 hours

All other dance styles 90 minutes

An in-school workshop will incur travel expenses for schools based 35km or more from the Sydney CBD.

A booking is confirmed when this form has been completed and submitted to Sydney Dance Company.
The booking is made on behalf of the school / organisation and the school / organisation accepts liability to make the payment by the due date.
If a teacher / organiser leaves the school / organisation it is their responsibility to inform the appropriate / replacement staff members of this booking agreement and details.
Any access requirements must be advised at time of booking.
Full payment must be received no later than 2 weeks prior to a workshop.
Cancellations of bookings made within 4 school weeks will result in the full invoiced amounts being payable by the school / organisation.
Photographing, video recording or any other form of recording during the workshop is not permitted unless prior arrangement and agreement has been made with Sydney Dance Company.
By completing this form, you consent for Sydney Dance Company to contact you about future education experiences. You will be provided the opportunity to opt out of these e-communications.
